July 14, 2020—Two Auto Care Association award application deadlines have been extended, according to a press release.
According to the release, both the Auto Care Career and Education (ACE) Award and the Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award deadline have been extended to July 31. These awards focus on recognizing individuals and companies who focus on providing education opportunities in the auto care industry.
The ACE Award recognizes auto care companies dedicated to excellence in education. In acknowledgement of our industry’s ability to adapt and innovate with changing environments, the ACE Award has been expanded to recognize industry companies dedicated to the growth and knowledge of skills within their organization and/or throughout the industry.
The Mort Schwartz Award, on the other hand, recognizes an individual who best advances the concepts and programs for education or continuing education in the auto care industry, focusing on innovation, advancement or outstanding efforts in education and training programs, or scholarship fundraising efforts.
