Nov. 11, 2020—Snap-On is inviting technicians to join its national trainer, Al McCaskey, for online training sessions, for new customer training on their diagnostic tools, according to a press release.
These training sessions aim to help technicians get up to speed with new Intelligent Diagnostics tools, including Zeus, Triton D8 and Apollo-D9. Apollo-D9 training is offered every Monday, Zeus training is offered every Wednesday, and Triton-D8 training is offered every Thursday, each with session options of either 5 p.m. or 8 p.m. Central Time.
In addition to the new customer training, Snap-On is also offering general industry training online with National trainer Jason Gabrenas. The training is open to all technicians, new subjects are covered weekly, and there are three opportunities to join each week. Subjects have included ADAS, guided component testing, and data bus testing.
