Oct. 10, 2013

Oct. 10, 2013—KYB Americas Corp. has announced plans for a 45,900-square-foot expansion of the KYB Manufacturing facility in Franklin, Ind., which will create 50 new jobs within the next three years.

The expansion will house shock and strut assembly, machining and quality control equipment, and the 50 new jobs will range from skilled labor to engineers.

"We're really excited about the expansion of our operations and manufacturing capabilities in the U.S.," said KYB Americas vice president Mike Fiorito. "This expansion is all a part of our continued growth plan.  By increasing our manufacturing capacity in the U.S. and North America we will be able to more effectively serve our customers in the form of additional inventory and new product part numbers, [and] we're bringing jobs to the U.S."
