AutoVitals Expands Integration With Shop-Ware

The service upgrades have been designed to help service advisors cut down long estimating times.

Feb. 2, 2021— AutoVitals has announced a significant expansion in its integration capabilities with Shop-Ware, a point of sale and shop management system, according to a press release. 

AutoVitals, a provider of SaaS solutions to the auto repair industry, hopes to increase efficiency by adding several upgrades to its service including canned jobs that are configured and populated from technician AutoVitals tablets and passed to Shop-Ware's recommendation field, and service comments that can include notes about diagnosis, tests and other results. 

“AutoVitals and Shop-Ware’s focus is helping service advisors to save busy work, which often includes long estimating times and managing two tools in parallel. With smart, canned job based configuration and integration, service advisors are able to save 50% or more of that time and focus on the customer instead,” AutoVitals Founder and CIO Uwe Kleinschmidt said in a statement.
