Feb. 6, 2023–Fix it Forward Ministry, an organization in Moorhead, Minnesota, has donated almost 400 vehicles and repaired over 800 for those in need, KVRR reports.
Fix It Forward co-founder Jeremy Jenson said that the organization’s progression from a small shop on a farm to having three shops is “an amazing, amazing journey.”
The goal of Fix it Forward Ministry is to help those in need have and maintain a safe and functional vehicle.
“We do that in two ways,” Jenson explained, “one by doing free car repairs to those in need and the other by taking donated vehicles, repairing those, and giving to those who don’t have a car.”
The organization has been restoring cars for the community for the past seven years and is about to donate its 400th vehicle, which Jenson described as “huge.”
