ASA–Midwest to Host Incentive-Based Pay Training in Missouri

Aug. 20, 2014—The Automotive Service Association of the Midwest (ASA–Midwest) will host a dinner and training focused on incentive-based pay plans next month in Columbia, Mo. 

The training, held Sept. 16 from 6:30–8:30 p.m. at Bandana’s BBQ, will feature a video training called “Incentive Based Pay: Proper Pay = Proper Results.

The video will discuss the pros and cons of various types of pay plans and provide tips to make employees more engaged via incentive-based pay. 

The cost to attend is $25 for ASA–Midwest members and $30 for non-members. Registration is due Sept. 12, and can be submitted online, via email or by calling 816.781.5801.
