MAT Holdings Gains Exclusive License for BENDIX Trademark

Aug. 19, 2014—MAT Holdings now has exclusive license to use Honeywell’s BENDIX trademark for automotive brake parts, the company announced recently.

"MAT Holdings is thrilled to have the opportunity to write the next chapter in the long history of the BENDIX brand in the U.S.," said George Ruhl, president and chief executive officer of MAT Holdings. "We look forward to building long-lasting relationships with our existing and new customers in the automotive aftermarket sector by leveraging the strength of our existing portfolio of automotive parts and the BENDIX trademark."

BENDIX brake parts are made for a variety of transportation modes, including cars, buses, trucks, trailers, airplanes, golf carts, farm and construction equipment and bicycles.
