Aug. 27, 2014—Standard Motor Products Inc.’s (SMP) mobile application for both Android and Apple devices is now available for download, SMP announced Monday.
The app offers a catalog lookup with a UPC scan utility and allows users to input part numbers, year, make, model, and engine information, and has a VIN scanner. Each search can also be saved.
“We are very excited about version 1.0 of our new SMP Parts App,” said Phil Hutchens, SMP’s vice president of marketing. “The new SMP Parts App features a robust and flexible catalog lookup, and one of the most exciting features is the ability to search all SMP brands at once. We believe this will be a very useful tool for our customers.”
