Repair Shops Experienced Minimal Growth in 2013

February 28, 2014—Auto repair shops saw an average sales growth of 1.7 percent in 2013, according to data from Raleigh-based financial information company Sageworks.

The industry saw a decline from 2012, when these businesses saw an average sales growth of 3.3 percent, according to the report.

Meanwhile, the report stated that privately held automobile dealers experienced an 11.9 percent increase in sales.
