Feb. 19, 2015

Feb. 19, 2015—CARDONE Industries Inc. announced Wednesday the appointment of Terry McCormack—its current executive chairman—to also assume the position of chief executive officer.

McCormack joined CARDONE’s board of directors in June 2013 and was named executive chairman in April 2014.

With a 40-year tenure in the automotive aftermarket, first with the Dana Corporation and then the Affinia Group, McCormack is a well-known face in the aftermarket and has fostered relationships with CARDONE’s customers, the board of directors, and the Cardone family.
