AMI, Arrowhead Announce High Octane Scholarship Winner

July 9, 2014

July 9, 2014—The Automotive Management Institute (AMI) and the Arrowhead Speciality Market announced Tuesday the winner of the $1,000 High Octane scholarship.

Chris Pfefferle, president of Pfefferle Tire and Auto Service in Fairfield, Ohio, received the award, which will go toward expenses to attend educational sessions at the 2014 NACE/CARS Expo & Conference in Detroit from July 30 through Aug. 2.

“I am extremely honored to be the recipient of this scholarship from AMI and Arrowhead Automotive Specialty Market,” Pfefferle said. “I’m excited this opportunity will allow me to better myself and sharpen my skills through the abundance of quality training available at CARS.”

The scholarship is offered to those who own or work at an ASA member mechanical repair industry business and also demonstrate an interest in self-improvement through education and training.
