The improved visibility and new slate of tools in its shop management and training software program gives shop owners the ability to get real-time updates on critical data, the company said in an announcement.
The improved RPM ToolKit now interfaces with point-of-sale systems including R.O. Writer, Mitchell 1, NAPA TRACS, YES, ShopKey, WinWorks and Protractor. The RPM ToolKit gives shop owners the ability to go beyond the numbers and see the actual effectiveness of their marketing and the condition of their customer base while increasing car count.
The RPM Toolkit provides training podcasts, step-by-step videos and guidebooks. The system allows owners to measure, track, train and hold their team accountable for the shop’s profitability and inspection processes.
