July 20, 2016—Mitchell 1 announced Tuesday that Ben Johnson, Mitchell 1 director of product management, will participate in a panel discussion, “Service and Parts Info - Next Level,” at the Service Repair Leadership Forum (SCRF) during the 2016 NACE/CARS Expo & Conference.
“I’m looking forward to representing Mitchell 1 as a participant in the ‘Service and Parts Info – Next Level’ panel discussion at the upcoming CARS event,” said Johnson. “This presentation will focus on the latest repair techniques and ways to help automotive repair shops save time, improve productivity and increase profits. We will also share insights into new features and capabilities in repair information software that will help technicians diagnose and repair vehicles more efficiently.”
