June 24, 2014—The International Automotive Technicians Network (iATN) announced Monday its membership exceeded 80,000, the largest amount in the organizations’ history.
Now in its 19th year, iATN boasts members in 160 countries that utilize the organization for networking, training and database resources.
Currently, iATN utilizes TechHelp, a networking platform for technicians to exchanging information. It also offers several other Internet forums and databases, like the FIX Database, forum archives of discussions, and a waveform library, images, component photos, and other vehicle specific images, documents and videos.
“Members here find that by networking with fellow professionals, they are continuously expanding their knowledge on systems, tools and best practices that often elevate their careers to the next level,” said Scott Brown, iATN president. “iATN provides a platform that allows members to communicate with each other interactively by sharing case studies, solving vehicle problems and sharing tips that cover the gamut of challenges facing the automotive service industry.”
