AAMCO University’s School of Management Presents First Graduating Class

June 22, 2015—On June 14, AAMCO honored its first graduating class of AAMCO University’s School of Management during a ceremony in Newnan, Ga.

Advanced certification was awarded to 46 customer service managers from AAMCO’s service centers across the U.S. and Canada for completing its Advanced Customer Service Management (CSM) Training Program.

"AAMCO is committed to providing world-class training at every level of our organization and we are proud of the first graduating class of the School of Management and their achievements," said Jason Herman, director of training at AAMCO University. "This commitment to training is designed to lead our iconic brand to new heights in performance, value and customer care. It's an incredible milestone for the brand and we are just getting started."

During the three-day session, customer service managers were presented with the latest tools and processes in sales and service designed to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

AMMCO University, which has been open since February, provides ongoing training and support to benefit all franchisees. Classes are offered in both classroom and online formats.
