Hyundai Launches Express Service Center Program

March 3, 2014

March 3, 2014—Hyundai Motor America recently launched the new Hyundai Assurance Car Care Express service center program.

Hyundai said the program will help participating Hyundai dealers decrease the time needed for basic services, such as oil changes and tire rotations.

To prepare for the program, participating Hyundai dealers will be dedicating service bays and staff to expedite service.

Hyundai said the goal is to get customers in and out of the service department in less than an hour, with no appointment necessary.

In July of 2012, Hyundai launched a pilot program to introduce the Assurance Car Care Express concept to dealers. There are currently 140 certified Car Care Express dealers in the U.S.

"Our customers have made it clear that they want the convenience of quick service during hours that fit their busy schedules," said Frank Ferrara, executive vice president of customer satisfaction for Hyundai Motor America. "This new program will give Hyundai dealers another avenue for satisfying their customers."
