Jeremy Nordgren, owner of Nordgren Automotive in Medina, Minn., discusses his process for paying technicians for warranty work. Though Nordgren’s shop has only a 0.5 to 1 percent comeback rate, he’s devised a process for warranty work that reduces technician failure and high costs for the shop.
