ACPN Knowledge Exchange Conference Sees Record Attendance

May 17, 2016

May 17, 2016—CARDONE president and CEO Stan Gowisnock spoke Monday to a record audience of 360 at the 43rd Automotive Content Professionals Network (ACPN) Knowledge Exchange Conference in New Orleans.

Gowisnock shared his insights on the changing auto care industry, sharing how he has learned over his career in the supply chain solutions industry that content is the key to selling parts.

“Content is a value-add, not a cost center,” said Gowisnock. “Good content assists in the selling and retention of that sale.”

Attendees of the conference received technical training breakout sessions covering ACES and PIES, efficiency building, and sending and receiving quality content data. Professional development coach at ET Consulting Eileen Terry presented “The Art of Being ‘Fully Present’” on creating deeper interactions with those who matter most.

The conference will run until May 18. More information on the event can be found here
