July 1, 2013—The Chrysler Group LLC recently honored Shell Lubricants as a 2012 Supplier of the Year.
Shell was recognized for its collaboration with Mopar, Chrysler’s service, parts and customer-care brand.
Award recipients were determined based on an evaluation of each company’s External Balanced Scorecard performance in 2012, a rating system that evaluates supplier performance in areas such as quality, delivery, cost, warranty and partnership.
