May 6, 2016—National Auto Parts (NAP) West has earned certification from the NSF International Automotive Parts Distributor Certification Program.
NAP can now use the NSF Certified Distributor mark on its website and promotional materials. It will also appear in NSF’s online certification listings.
Requirements for the program include ISO 9001-certified quality management system, business liability insurance, certain customer service procedures, a defective parts procedure, and a formal corrective action process for complaints and recalls.
