ASA Announces Safety Inspection Forum

Nov. 11, 2015—On Dec. 2, the Automotive Service Association (ASA), ASA-Midwest and the Missouri Alliance of Automotive Service Providers (AASP-MO) will host the second annual safety inspection forum in St. Louis, Mo.

The forum’s goal will be to raise awareness about the importance of periodic vehicle inspection programs and to develop strategies to protect these programs.

One of the key panelists will be Capt. Lester D. Elder of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, who has 25 years of experience in law enforcement. Elder will be joined by Paul Rehbein, senior chief MVI inspector, and Sgt. Paul Meyer, major crash team investigator.
