Sept. 12, 2014—The Hybrid Shop (THS) announced on Thursday that it will hold a complimentary all-day training session for shop owners and operators on Nov. 3, prior to the start of the SEMA Show and the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas.
The training day will be held at Ted Wiens Tire and Auto Centers, one of THS’s dealer partners in the Las Vegas area.
The session runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and registration is required.
It will cover insights and information around hybrid-electric vehicle (HEV) auto service offerings, and the opportunities they present for continued business growth.
Topics will include:
- Practical insights into increasing car count and strategies to maximize overall profits by learning how to diagnose, service, maintain and repair all hybrid vehicle systems, including THS’s proprietary HEV battery conditioning, only available from THS
- Free education and training of HEV systems and components, led by chief technical officer of Automotive Research & Design (AR&D), Mark Quarto, and THS executives
- Sessions on the business case for the HEV market and service offerings to show attendees how to implement these services
THS, a growing international network of repair facilities trained and equipped for hybrid repair, will also have a booth at the SEMA Show.
