Sept. 22, 2014—Federated Insurance will host a webinar for Tire Industry Association (TIA) members entitled “Progressive Discipline: Proactive and Necessary Practices for Every Business” on Wednesday, from 1–2 p.m. EDT.
The webinar will be conducted by Enquiron as part of the Federated Employment Practices Network.
Webinar participants will learn about various topics concerning discipline, such as how to identify and prevent problems before they begin, when and how to discipline employees, how to handle attendance issues, and factors that should be considered before and during termination.
