Rotary Lift’s Laser-Spotting Guide Now Available for All Vehicle Lifts

Jan. 17, 2013

Jan. 17, 2013—Rotary Lift's Spotline, a laser-spotting guide, can now be installed on any lift brand, using a new retrofit kit, according to a company press release_notes.

The laser guide, which initially was only available for use on Rotary Lift’s Shockwave-equipped lift, projects a green laser in the center of the bay, allowing the technician to center the vehicle in respect to the laser’s location.

Company officials said the laser improves the capabilities of any lift.

“Everyone who has a Shockwave-equipped lift knows how much time the laser saves,” Ron Lainhart, Rotary Lift parts and service manager, said in a statement. “But there are a lot of people who aren’t necessarily ready to purchase a new lift who could benefit from being able to spot vehicles more quickly and accurately. The new Spotline retrofit kit lets customers increase the efficiency of virtually any lift out there.”
