April 13, 2018—In an effort to further drive its growth and franchise system in 2018, Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation announced a shift in senior leadership.

As part of a long-term strategic evaluation of day-to-day responsibilities, CEO and founder Mark Carr promoted longtime senior leadership members Donnie Carr and Josh Wall to president and chief development officer, respectively.

“We are so blessed as an organization to have such an incredible leadership team that is committed to our mission and values and continues to give their all in building Christian Brothers not only as a business, but as a family as well,” said Mark Carr. “I cannot wait to see how Donnie and Josh grow into their roles and continue to lead by example in pursuing strategic growth and building our franchise system. Christian Brothers is extremely lucky to have two dedicated, hardworking individuals rising to lead our team.”

Donnie Carr has been promoted to serve as president with the objective of continuing to drive business. Previously serving as vice president of operations with experience leading the brand’s strategy, execution and visionary mindset for long-term sustainable growth, Donnie Carr’s new position will be a natural transition. He has helped lead franchisees and has supported year-over-year growth for the brand.

“Being able to work for a company that is based on faith and caring for the community has been a true blessing throughout my career at Christian Brothers,” said Donnie Carr. “I know that in my new role as president, I will have the opportunity to grow with Christian Brothers and I can’t wait to be a part of our continued expansion.”

As part of the Christian Brothers family for 15 years, Wall is moving from VP of franchise and strategic development to chief development officer, handling the leadership of the development division. Wall brings extensive experience in strategic expansion and franchise growth to his new role as CDO, where he will continue to leverage these skills while managing both the franchise development team and the real estate identification, construction and design team. During his time with the brand, Wall has watched Christian Brothers grow from 22 stores to more than 180 and expects to maintain that growth through his new position.

“Being with Christian Brothers for over a decade, the team has become family and I am excited to see what is ahead,” said Wall. “There is always room to grow and I can’t wait to bring our trusted car care services to new communities. This is an exciting time for us and I am ready to drive new ideas and strategies as we move forward.”

Mark Carr will continue to oversee key operations for Christian Brothers as the CEO, leading the charge in driving development in local communities and into the broader franchise industry.
