AAPEX Expands Customer Service Options

Oct. 2, 2013

Oct. 2, 2013—The Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) announced Wednesday that its 2013 show will include a heightened customer service experience for all attendees, through full-service stations and assistants on the show floor. AAPEX is set for Nov. 5–7 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.

The full-service stations provide attendees a place to search for exhibitors and products, and print the results. Self-serve stations, as well as one-on-one help from show staff, will be offered.

AAPEX is also adding attendants to the show floor who will be dressed in automotive technician shirts with the words “Ask Joe” on the back.

And AAPEX is offering two new pocket guides for attendees. One is a map of the 1 million-square-foot Sands Expo Center and the other is a complete schedule of the seminars with topic descriptions and speaker information.
