ZF Aftermarket has announced a new National Sales Manager of Program Groups, Richard Crotzer. With 34 years’ experience working in the North American automotive aftermarket, Crotzer brings wealth of knowledge to the ZF Aftermarket team.
April 26, 2018—ZF Aftermarket has announced a new national sales manager of program groups, Richard Crotzer. With 34 years of experience working in the North American automotive aftermarket, Crotzer brings wealth of knowledge to the ZF Aftermarket team.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome Richard Crotzer to the ZF Aftermarket team,” said Mark Thorpe, head of independent aftermarket, United States and Canada. “His vast experience in the automotive aftermarket alongside his passion for the industry made him the perfect candidate for this position. Combine that with his outstanding performance in driving sales, building customer relationships and executing sales strategies; we at ZF Aftermarket are thrilled to bring Crotzer aboard.”

Crotzer comes to ZF Aftermarket after working for Dayco Products, LLC for more than 30 years. After holding various positions including: district, heavy duty, regional and east divisional sales manager roles, Crotzer most recently was director of sales for the US. In this role, Crotzer was responsible for overall sales strategy, field sales team management and program groups.
