At a recent California Automotive Wholesalers' Association (CAWA) meeting, Rick Schwartz of Schwartz Advisors presented on mergers and acquisitions in the auto care industry.
"There are a myriad of issues to contemplate as our auto care world continues to change and evolve," CAWA wrote in an email to its members. "This presentation stimulates discussion and reflection on those issues."
