Honeywell Releases Third Brake Pad Line

Oct. 11, 2013

Oct. 11, 2013—Honeywell Friction Materials has added a third brake pad line, Stop, to join its current Bendix and JURID lines. The Stop line is designed as a high-value brake pad with competitive pricing that meet Original Equipment (OE) specifications.

Honeywell includes all the recommended brake hardware in the box for Stop to reduce installation time, improve bay efficiency and restore OE performance.

“We understand that today’s motorists must have access to a wide variety of brake pad offerings—from economy to ultra-premium—that meet their varying needs,” said Grif Jordan, product marketing manager at Honeywell. “Our new Stop brake pad line clearly addresses the performance and safety demands of today’s motorists who may be maintaining late model cars but still want value and security in their brake pad choice.”

The Stop line also includes OE positive mold-technology to ensure consistent performance and application-specific shims, slots and chamfers to reduce noise and eliminate comebacks.
