June 19, 2019—The city council of Lilburn, Ga. gave a thumbs up for the development of an auto/truck service center at the Plaza Las Americas mall, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The owner will develop the service center on the north side of the mall within a 6,720 square foot freestanding greenhouse structure, accommodating four bay doors.
The former Lowe’s home improvement store was renovated as a mall in 2016.
