May 6, 2020

A partnership has been formed which will provide unemployed automotive associates with opportunities to be found and hired by automotive industry employers during COVID-19.

May 6, 2020—The Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) has partnered with member company, APA Search, an executive search firm specializing in the global automotive and transportation-related industries, on a free platform to match automotive and transportation employers with available industry associates who have lost their jobs as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a press release.

The platform, which is based on the APA Search website, will provide unemployed automotive aftermarket professionals with opportunities to be found and hired quickly by automotive industry companies, according to the release. The website also will provide industry employers an indexed database of automotive associates with industry skills and experience. The database has been updated to accommodate all positions related to the transportation industry.
