A recent survey from the Auto Care Association found that nearly two-thirds of respondents experienced a high level of impact to business—from parts supply disruption to cash position—due to the coronavirus.
Mike Chung, director of market intelligence for the Auto Care Association, found that the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) has dropped to 86.9 for April 2020, which is down by 34 percent from 130.7 in February 2020. This is officially the lowest level since 2014 and at a steeper rate than in the 2006-2008 timeframe.
