On Wednesday night, the U.S. Senate passed the House version of new Paycheck Protection Program legislation, thus lengthening the time for loan recipients to spend the funds and still qualify for forgiveness of the loans.
Out of 220 public companies that applied for small business relief money from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), only 13 companies have returned the money.
