Delphi Partners with Tech Company

Delphi Automotive has announced a partnership with otonomo. 

April 7, 2017—Delphi Automotive has signed a commercial partnership agreement with otonomo, a technology company developing that is developing a data marketplace for automakers.

Otonomo’s connected car marketplace seamlessly and securely connects car data from any OEM to service and application providers such as insurance, fleet transportation, vehicle repair services, emergency services and expense control apps. Otonomo’s marketplace provides OEMs will full control over monetizing data from connected vehicles.

“The focus of our partnership will be bringing otonomo’s connected car marketplace to OEM customers,” said Kevin Clark, president and CEO, Delphi Automotive. “otonomo’s connected car marketplace will be integrated with Delphi products to offer a complete data acquisition and monetization solution for automakers.”

“We are excited to work with Delphi to deliver our car marketplace to OEMs in order to enable a better driving experience,” said Ben Volkow, CEO and co-founder, otonomo. “We believe this partnership will help accelerate otonomo’s ability to enable new products and services using data collected from connected cars.”
