New digital tools allow for information and customer assistance to Rotary product users.

LAS VEGAS—Rotary announced that it is offering 24/7 virtual support.

Customers can access information about operating the lift and wheel service equipment through the platform. It includes a QR code reader to register products, access technical documents, view training videos and find customer service.

“Technicians no longer need to waste valuable time searching for lost owner’s manuals, maintenance schedules or training materials,” David Fischmer, director of marketing for Vehicle Service Group, said in a press release. “Rotary’s Virtual Support provides users with the information they need, anytime they need it.”
