An open meeting of the ASA board of directors will be held Saturday, April 20, at the Hurst Convention Center in Hurst, Texas.
Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief staff executive, will deliver a state-of-the-association address during the luncheon, and the 2013 board will be sworn in.
