March 10, 2021—eMentorConnect, a cloud-based mentoring platform, has partnered with the Women in Automotive Network, according to a press release.

The software will help power Woman in Automotive's goal to promote women leaders within the auto industry.

"We are pleased to announce this next giant step in our mission to empower women in the automotive industry by launching the WomenPowered Mentoring platform,” Women in Automotive co-Founder Jody DeVere said in a statement. “This platform will enable industry-wide mentoring for women seeking to grow their careers in their respective roles with the help of respected industry thought-leaders, both men and women, as mentors."

The platform, which is used by UPS, BMW, Johnson & Johnson and others, will enhance the mentoring journey of women in the industry, provide assistance to women without access to professional development resources and connect mentors and mentees.
