Rotary Lift Releases New Video

June 10, 2015

June 10, 2015—Rotary Lift on Tuesday released a new “Raised in Madison” video aimed at giving a behind-the-scenes look at the people responsible for getting parts to the customers.

“Providing for our customers means more than just building industry-leading car and truck lifts,” says Ron Lainhart, parts and service manager for Rotary Lift. “It also includes offering outstanding support and replacement parts, so our lifts provide their users with years of service. At Rotary Lift, we stock more than 5,000 part numbers, so our customers can get what they need fast. We’ve invested a lot of resources in our parts operations, and are excited to highlight our efforts in this new Raised in Madison video.”

The “Raised in Madison” campaign was launched last year to show the pride and craftsmanship Rotary Lift employees put into their work at the company’s Madison, Ind., manufacturing and assembly plants. In this new video, workers from Rotary Lift’s parts department talk about the company’s extensive shipping and inventory system and the teamwork that goes into each Genuine Rotary Parts order.
