A technician pulled up 23 fault codes for one new model.

General Motors has issued a stop-sale order for 2024 Blazer EVs due to widespread software issues that cause vehicle shutdowns.

Edmunds documented a troublesome experience with its new Blazer, which was supposed to be part of its test fleet. Features stopped working, the infotainment system "melted down" and continutally shut off. Then, safety messages began popping up and testers weren't able to charge the vehicle.

A visit to a service center revealed 23 error codes, which was "the single longest list of major faults we at Edmunds have ever seen on a new car," according to the article.

The Edmunds article has the list of error codes on its brand-new Blazer.
