Aug. 18, 2016

Aug. 18, 2016—The Young Auto Car Network Group (YANG) of the Auto Care Association (ACA) announced Wednesday that it will host the third annual YANG@AAPEX Program on Nov. 2, during AAPEX 2016 in Las Vegas.

Attendance is open to all professionals in the auto care industry under the age of 40.

“We are thrilled to offer the industry’s next generation a place and time to connect with each other at our industry’s trade show,” said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association. “The YANG@AAPEX program gives young professionals access to peers and encourages network-building, which are essential building blocks for a successful career in the auto care industry.”

The program will include the YANG Town Hall featuring “Your Career – Take Control, Move on Up Now,” presented by professional coach, Dana Manciagli in the Venetian Hotel, Marco Polo Room 706 from 3:45–4:45 p.m. A happy hour and networking event will directly follow.

“New this year, YANG hopes to assist young AAPEX attendees by recommending AAPEXedu sessions that we think are particularly useful for our demographic,” said Alena Van Cleave, YANG chairman, A & Jay Automotive Inc. “A recommended schedule of education throughout the show is available on our website.”
