April 19, 2016—Identifix announced Monday the launch of its Direct-Shop solution for shop management.
The technology suite of fully-integrated shop management solutions is designed to improve workflow and communications. The suite features two products designed to meet the needs of service shops: Direct-Shop and Direct-Shop Elite.
Direct-Shop offers core capabilities including estimating, repair order, and invoicing solutions. Direct-Shop Elite in addition provides customer relationship management, point of sale interactions, estimating, accounting, integrated inventory management, repair history, offline access, and reporting features.
