Oct. 14, 2013—Bolt On Technology has set the official release date of Nov. 5 for its new shop management technology, Mobile Manager Pro.
The automotive software technology, used as an application on a mobile phone or tablet, has been designed to limit missed sales opportunities, save time, increase customer service and lower inconsistency of manual data entry.
The Mobile Manger Pro allows shop employees to greet customers at their vehicle and capture initial information on the tablet or phone immediately. The app can be used to capture a full multi-point diagnosis report and photos that it can send to the customer for review via text or email.
The email/text redirects the customer to a webpage showing the report with the opportunity for the customer to reply directly on the page.
“This new software proves to significantly increase shop sales, profoundly improve accuracy of vehicle records, and reduce… wasted time when entering customer data,” says Ken Gilliam, operations manager at Bolt On Technology.
