We help our clients increase their call volume, expand their ARO by finding the right clients online, and help them rank on Google with our Marketing Services. All this equates to our customers continuing to grow their business.

Since joining our RPM Program, Dynamic Automotive has seen increased web traffic and new customer calls. They have grown from three locations to five since joining Autoshop Solutions in 2015. Dwayne Myers, an owner/managing partner, said, "Customers can find us much easier; they know what we do. Autoshop Solutions delivers our message in a way that is professional and drills down and gets to the specifics that people need to know we can do for them."

Everyone wants new customers, and with the internet booming, what better way for those in the automotive industry to tap into some really powerful marketing. But, how do you do that? Autoshop Solutions VP of Revenue, Tony Mercury, presents top trends that help a shop succeed. He takes us on a new customer journey with ten ways to navigate digital marketing.

1. Website

Did you know mobile traffic accounts for 50 percent of all traffic? The trend for 2021 is voice searches on a smart device, with 50 percent of web searchers using voice. Only 60 percent of those searches answer accurately. Make sure your site is mobile responsive!

2. Unique Content

It's essential to have unique content. And, that means more than just words.

Your content needs to signal the search engines and tell what your business does.

  • Be authentic and tell your story.
  • Work with a copywriter.
  • SEO optimize your content with keywords that represent your business and the services you offer.

3. Blogs

Blogs show your customers you are a trusted expert and know how to diagnose the problem and fix it. Google indexes your business and tells how your content is getting read, just don't duplicate content.

4. Videos

Wondering what kind of content to create? Here's your answer:

  • YouTube is the world's second-largest search engine and second most visited site after Google.
  • YouTube is the second most popular social media platform with 1.9 billion users.
  • Every minute 400 hours of videos are uploaded to YouTube.
  • Seventy percent of YouTube views come from mobile devices.
  • Ninety percent of customers say videos help make buying decisions.
  • There are four times more buyers that prefer to watch a video about a product than those that prefer to just read about it.
  • Sixty-four percent of clients often buy a product online after watching a video about it.

5. Google My Business (GMB)

How is your business listed, and can your customers find you? You can engage with customers on Google for free.

6. Name Address Phone(NAP)

About 60 percent of business listings are inaccurate, and almost 65 percent of similar businesses in your region have better reviews. Make sure your name, address, and phone numbers are listed correctly, and you can be found.

7. Social

Facebook remains the most popular social media platform, with almost 80 percent of online adults using it. More than 50 percent of them use it several times a day.

8. Paid Ad Creation

Pay per click (PPC) and customer reviews are two avenues that can boost your business or break it. Consider getting a PPC ad and see how your business grows.

9. Reviews

Get customer reviews and make sure you're getting good ones. Only 18 percent of customers say they don't read online reviews for local businesses. That means you have an 82 percent chance of someone else affecting how your potential customers view your business.

10. Direct Mail

Direct Mail can help with your multi-channel marketing efforts by targeting a specific region or audience. Someone out there is looking for you, so let Direct Mail show them you're in the neighborhood.

It's essential to maximize your marketing efforts to keep your business growing and strong. It takes much time, effort, and knowledge, but our team of experts can help you with all the essential marketing services.

Myers has been asked many times if he has any regrets on choosing Autoshop Solutions. "I have one regret, and that's that we didn't go with them sooner," Myers admits. "If you're thinking about it, and you're not even thinking about it, just do it, and you'll be happy with the outcome."
