ACA Announces New Management Webinar Series

Aug. 7, 2014

Aug. 7, 2014—The Auto Care Association (ACA) Category Management Committee has launched a new management skills webinar series, the association announced Thursday.

The new series, beginning later this month, is a set of 30-minute, free webinars aimed at educating companies about available data sources that enhance various management skills.

The first webinar will be held Aug. 22 at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. EDT. Planalytics, a research and analytics company specializing in business weather intelligence, will present the first session.

"This series of webinars provide retailers and manufacturers alike the opportunity to gain exposure to the latest technologies, research techniques and data sources without the pressure of a salesman sitting across the desk,” said Mike Lyman, ACA Category Management Committee chairman. “This is a great way for them to become familiar with what is available. They can then pursue further conversation if they want to. They also provide solution providers the opportunity to make their case for their products to a broad audience all at once."

Presenters on the docket for future webinars include representatives from Weather Trends, Webfetch, Market Track and Retail Insights.

Attendees are required to register for the webinars, due to limited availability. Contact Robert Morris at 240.333.1068 or [email protected] to register or for more information.
