July 28, 2014—Mitchell 1 will hold its final Shop Management Workshop of 2014 from Oct. 9–11 in Nashville, Tenn., the company announced Monday.

The workshop is designed for shop management software users to learn advanced capabilities, efficiency tips and new features of the version 6.5 Manager SE and ShopKey Service Writer/Shop Management SE software.

Program topics include program setup, inventory, reporting, best practices, advanced transactions and integration with aftermarket cataloging. Attendees will also learn about the Mitchell 1 SocialCRM service.

“This advanced training turns existing shop management system customers into power users who get the most out of their software and business,” John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions said. “The sessions will uncover strategies that attendees can use to compete successfully against dealerships, maximize their maintenance and repair opportunities, and enhance their relationship with customers.”

Dwulet, along with Tim McDonnell, Mitchell 1’s national training manager, will lead the training.

Registration for the workshop, which will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center, costs $200 per attendee and covers seminars, breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day. Attendees can receive Mitchell 1’s special rate at the hotel rate by mentioning Mitchell 1/ShopKey Manager Training when making the reservation before Sept. 30.
