KYB Wins Communications Award for E-learning Newsletter
Dec. 4, 2013—KYB Americas Corp. recently received an Automotive Communications Award (ACA) for business-to-business communications excellence.
The award, which recognized the company’s e-learning newsletter, was presented at the 2013 Automotive Aftermarket Parts Expo in Las Vegas.
KYB's newsletter is a key support component of its Certified Ride Control Center Program and is intended to broaden the communication link between KYB and professional automotive service providers across the U.S. and Canada. In addition to offering tips and advice on successful ride control sales methods at the service counter, the newsletter includes ride control technical topics, as well as photo insights about KYB's manufacturing processes.
"Our e-learning newsletter has received tremendous feedback from both service providers as well as our distribution channel partners,” said KYB's marketing manager Kyle Freund. “This is just one more example of how we help the service provider earn sales and improve their reputation by understanding the purpose and high standards of the parts they install."
ACA awards are administered and sponsored by the Car Care Council Women's Board and the Automotive Communications Council. These two organizations recognize outstanding efforts in advertising, marketing, merchandising and PR.
To receive the Ride Control Expert Series newsletter, service providers must either be a member of KYB's Certified Ride Control Center Program or be on KYB's mail-to list. The newsletter provides an exclusive channel for service providers to receive ride control information, training, and news not available anywhere else.
