Stokes, Sump, Sutherland to Lead Workshop at 2018 RWMC

ST. PAUL, Minn., Feb. 28, 2018—Ratchet+Wrench columnists and renowned industry experts Aaron Stokes, Brian Sump and Rissy Sutherland will team up to lead the closing workshop at the 2018 Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, Sept. 20–22 at The Westin Lombard near Chicago.

“Break Through Your Bottlenecks” will be an in-depth, two-hour, hands-on workshop in wich Stokes, Sump and Sutherland help conference attendees:

  • Identify their businesses’ largest bottlenecks
  • Formulate processes and action plans to correct these issues
  • Discover strategies and insight into the implementation process of their plans, including, but not limited to, leading through change, getting your team on board, making changes without disruption, and continued focus on improvement.
