JIMMY ALAURIA entered the automotive industry in 2000, working in his father’s shop, Phoenix, Ariz.–based 3A Automotive & Diesel. After purchasing the business in 2016, Alauria began a complete culture overhaul of the shop and was forced to rebuild the entire team comprised of five technicians (two who were 35-year veteran master techs), two service advisors, and both a service and office manager. Alauria now has a new team with a winning culture that has the goal of taking the shop over $2 million in annual sales. Jimmy has also served as a service writer school instructor a senior seminar speaker for an industry training group.
