How to Hire and Attract All-Star Employees
What is the single biggest challenge facing the auto service industry today? Well, more than 54 percent of respondents in the 2018 Ratchet+Wrench Industry Survey said it’s the “shortage of qualified technicians.” Perceived or tangible, the struggle for independent shops to find, recruit and retain top talent is daunting—and critical to their business model’s long-term viability.
In the fourth and final installment of the 2018 Ratchet+Wrench Webinar series, sponsored by Kukui, one of the industry’s top operators will tackle that issue, explaining what he's done to build teams, craft thriving cultures, and grow his business into one of the best in the industry.
You will learn how to:
- Identify your ideal team member
- Recruit and attract the top talent in your market
- Retain a team that builds your culture and grows your business
