March 6, 2019—An empty lot will be allegedly transformed into a job training center for auto repair in Wilmington, Ohio. According to the Wilmington News Journal, paperwork from the Wilmington Building and Zoning Department reveals that a one-story, 6,000-square-feet building is expected.

The paperwork also reveals a plan for 6 bays, and the lot is located east of an auto parts store, the Wilmington News Journal reports. 

According to the publication, the facility will be used as a training center and not a repair shop open to the public.
