Crafting Your Ultimate Shop Culture

As an independent repair shop, you have opportunities larger companies are often too big to truly capture—as long as you’re willing to get creative and connect with your community. Doing so will allow you to build authentic relationships with your customers, which results in long-term relationships and a level of trust that’s crucial for selling work. Innovation, technology and plain common sense have pushed Frank Leutz’s operation to the forefront as one of the most progressive marketers in the industry.

Leutz is committed to trying new marketing and operational methods to evolve his business, particularly in a changing industry. One such example is his recent decision to start using video messages as part of his mail campaigns. Open rates eventually increased from 12 percent to nearly 30 percent, according to MailChimp marketing stats. Two years ago, Desert Car Care experienced 30 percent year-over-year growth, and Leutz says his business is currently “tracking year-over-year (growth) of 15 percent.”

In the latest installment of the Ratchet+Wrench Webinar series, sponsored by KUKUI, you will learn:

  • Proven methods to attract the right client through low-cost branding techniques
  • Simple, creative marketing campaigns that drive big results
